Are prices final and do they include tariffs?

Yes. All listed prices include applicable taxes and current tariffs to ensure transparent, predictable costs. If tariffs change drastically and we cannot proceed with your order, we will notify you by email.

Standard shipping (30–45 days) is free for orders over $1,000. Orders under $1,000 or expedited shipping will incur a shipping fee, billed separately via email after payment for goods.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Each product has a set MOQ, shown when you click "Add to Cart." Quantities increase in full-box increments (e.g. 20, 40, 60) to reduce packaging waste and improve shipping efficiency. This not only supports our sustainability goals but also helps our customers save on shipping and handling costs.
